Scott thinks that everyone deserves a more perfect customer experience. With this in mind, he and a few folks much smarter than himself started FullStory, a radically new type of web analytics company that, after about 10 minutes of implementation, captures every user event (really, all of them), unlocking session playback, real-time search, and a natural way to explore user data.
Prior to FullStory, Scott spent six fantastic years at Silverpop (acquired by IBM) in a myriad of roles, including VP of Marketing. Prior to Silverpop, he served as COO at Innuvo LLC, a tiny web technology company that was acquired by Google. He also spent some time at Noro-Moseley Partners, the Southeast's oldest and largest venture capital firm.
Voigt holds a Bachelor of Science in management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a MBA from the Wharton School.
